100%. Every woman's gotta do this the way SHE feels is best for her & you're welcome whether you are on HRT, bio-identicals, herbs, nothing, still deciding, or thinking of coming off. This is not an anti-HRT cult. What we refuse to do is outsource the whole story to a prescription

What if my symptoms are very bad (or very random?)

This is for women whose symptoms are still just whispering, already shouting or are playing whack-a-mole! We’re not pretending hot flashes, insomnia, anxiety or surgery-rage are “all in your head.” What we do is give you a framework that calms your system & changes how you meet the symptoms & show you what they’re pointing at
