What if my symptoms are very bad (or very random?)

This is for women whose symptoms are still just whispering, already shouting or are playing whack-a-mole! What if I have no symptoms at all – is this still for me?

If you’re in midlife & you can feel any kind of inner shift - less tolerance for BS, a pull towards your body (which might hurt), a sense that the old roles don’t quite fit - then yes. You don’t need textbook “symptoms” to be here. As long as you’re alive, there’s energy to work with. This is about claiming this time & not waiting around to feel bad enough to deserve support
